Grievance Redressal

The UP government is prompt in resolving any complaints regarding startups, usually within 15 working days.

Startups have two options for submitting their grievances: online for general grievances and grievances related to public procurement, or offline through the government-established Grievance committee. Startups may also contact the Additional Chief Secretary, MSME, Government of UP, at his grievance cell, which is open every Monday afternoon.

Every query or grievance submitted is time-bound and addressed within a maximum of 15 working days.

You can file a grievance online using either the "Submit Grievance (Registered)" or "Submit Grievance (Notregistered)" buttons above, or submit it offline to the established Grievance committee.

Startups can file general grievances as well as specific issues related to public procurement, government support, or operational challenges.

If a grievance remains unresolved beyond 15 working days, it gets escalated to higher committee authorities for immediate review and resolution.
